IS Ameen was founded in 2001 and predominantly offered Quantity Surveying & Cost Consultancy services. In 2004 Architectural Design , Structural Engineering, Project Management, CDM Co-ordination disciplines were further developed. The progress of the practice lead to the formation of a Limited Company, IS Ameen (Construction Consultants), in 2004.

Our breadth and depth of experience enable us to operate across all sectors.  We have experience of working with world class clients and project teams on major landmark projects. We are committed to providing a fully tailored service to meet our client’s specific needs and to truly provide a value added service with unparalleled commitment.

We have never suffered a claim as a professional consultancy and maintain Professional Indemnity Insurance to cover our liabilities for the professional services we provide.

Successful collaborations have been setup with an extensive nexus of international organisations, competent qualified professionals and experts to provide Architectural, Structural, Engineering and Dispute Resolution services. Thus, combining complimentary skills and disciplines to harness the strength from a talent pool creating an international multi-disciplinary organisational capacity; providing technical capability and resources required to offer a more adaptable consultancy service as required, to suit client and project specific requirements in the GCC countries, Europe and India.

We have in place an established and documented Quality Management System which has been converted to meet the requirements of the ISO 9001:2008 Quality Management requirements and which is externally audited and certified.

We develop and implement Project Specific Quality Plans for our projects. We continuously examine each and every aspect of the project in order to improve its function and quality. Each process including administrative, operational, interdisciplinary and interpersonal is continuously refined and improved.

3. Enhancing the skills of management and staff through review and actively pursuing an on-going training policy, the objective of which is to prepare staff to perform their work more effectively.

5. Rigorously controlling & continuously monitoring the delivery, provision (by approved sub contractors) and completion to programme and budget of all projects undertaken.
6. Promoting the quality management systems and ensuring implementation is achieved by internal auditing, management review, corrective and preventive action.
7. Everyone is responsible for the quality within the company and for maintaining high standards.

I.S are the initials of the founder of the company Mr Imran Ismail Sidyot. Ameen in Arabic may be translated as being trustworthy and the embodiment of honesty and integrity. These values are more than an ethos, but are at the very substance of our disposition and the hallmark quality of our company.

The term Ameen is also very much the embodiment of the values of our professional Institutions of Integrity, Honesty, Transparency and Accountability.
